基于微信平台的实训室故障报修系统开发与应用

Development and Application of the Laboratory Repair System Based on WeChat Platform

针对传统报修流程存在的信息传播耗时长、故障处理过程繁杂、缺少反馈信息等问题,将移动互联技术与传统网站相结合,开发了基于微信公众平台的实训室故障报修系统,并就其功能模块、环境搭建步骤、微信接口设置、消息推送提醒等关键技术进行阐述。系统简单易用,响应快速,进度显示清晰,在高校实训室管理的实际应用中,提升了实训室管理与服务水平。

This paper analyzes the problems of the long process of information dissemination,the long process of troubleshooting,and the lack of feedback information in the traditional repair process.With the combination of mobile Internet technology and traditional website,the Laboratory Repair System based on the WeChat Platform is developed,and expounded are the key technologies such as its functional modules,environmental construction steps,WeChat interface setting,message push and reminding and other key technologies.The system is simple and easy to use with fast response and clear progress display.It can lift the management and service level of the laboratory in colleges or universities.
