民营企业劳动关系的问题分析 被引量:1

摘要 党和政府的大力支持和鼓励使得民营经济快速发展,民营企业数量不断增加,从业人员规模也持续扩大,解决了90%的新增就业人数和80%的非农就业,成为劳动者就业的主要渠道。随着民营经济的发展壮大,民营企业的管理方式、运行机制不断健全,其劳动关系得到显著改善,整体和谐稳定,但局部不和谐问题仍然突出,职工流动率高、劳动争议案所占比重不断增加、工资水平差异大等问题已影响到民营企业的持续稳定发展。最后,提出构建民营企业和谐劳动关系的思路与建议。 With the stout support from the Party and the government,the private economy has developed rapidly in an increasing number of both enterprises and employees,providing jobs for 90 per cent of the newly-increased workforce as well as 80 per cent of non-farm payroll jobs and making it a major channel for employment.With the growth of the private economy,the management mode and operation mechanism of private enterprises have been continuously improved,so have been their labor relations.For all the overall harmony and stability,some problems keep cropping up including high staff turnover,an ever-higher rate of labor dispute cases,a large gap of payment,which damage the steady and sustained growth of private enterprises.Finally,some ideas and suggestions are proposed concerning how to construct harmonious labor relations in private enterprises.
