校企共建企业学院服务职业培训的实践探索——以苏州市职业大学同策房地产学院为例

The Practice Research on the Serving Vocational Training Based on the Business College of School-enterprise:A Case Study of the Tospur Realty College of Suzhou Vocational University

职业培训是我国非全日制教育的重要组成部分,是高职院校开展社会服务的核心内容。苏州市职业大学同策房地产学院是产教融合背景下校企共建企业学院开展职业培训的新途径,它从需求获取、资源筹备、课程设计、组织实施、成果转化等职业培训的五个方面进行深入探索,以期在实践上能为高职院校、企业提供参考,从而促进职业培训质量的提高。

Vocational training is an important part of the non full-time education in China,and is also the core content of the vocational colleges’ social service.This paper puts forward a new way to develop vocational training against the background of industry-education integration,and takes the Tospur Realty College as an example,studying and summarizing the five aspects of the vocational training project including demand acquisition,resource preparation,curriculum design,organizational implementation and achievement transformation,in order to provide reference in practice for other colleges and enterprises,and to promote the quality development of the whole vocational training.
