不同种类/配比的聚碳酸酯合金的制备与表征 被引量:1

摘要 聚碳酸酯(PC)共混物(合金)已广泛应用于各种工业领域。本研究设计不同比例的PC/ABS和PC/ASA合金配方,通过挤出成型造粒,并通过注射成型制备了一系列的PC/ABS和PC/ASA和PC/ASA/PMMA共混物,基于此研究了共混物组成和共混比例对其形貌、力学和热力学性能的影响。结果表明,与纯聚碳酸酯样品相比,共混会影响其形貌,且共混物的组成和比例对合金的力学、热学性能有较大影响。 Polycarbonate blends have been widely applied in industry. In this work, the formula of PC blends was designed, and then a set of PC/ABS and PC/ASA blends was prepared based on extrusion and injection molding. The effects of blend components/ratios on blend morphologies, mechanical and thermal properties were investigated. The results indicated that blending will result in morphology changing, and the components in blend and corresponding ratio will signif icantly affect on mechanical and thermal properties.
