便携式遥控割草机的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 随着城镇化速度加快以及劳动力成本的增加,城市绿化和植保需求急剧增加,急需适合办公区域,绿化带等区域的低噪声、轻量化、美观以及自动化的小型地块使用的智能化割草机。为此,本文中设计了一种以复合材料3D打印高强度结构件为主的遥控式轻型割草机,对其结构、动力系统以及电器系统进行了设计及计算,并对整机进行了校园及政府办公区的噪声以及割草效率进行了测试,噪声符合国家标准,安装更换操作简单,适用于城市区域植保。 With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of labor costs,the demand for afforestation of city has increased dramatically has increased dramatically.Therefore,there is an urgent need for intelligent lawn mowers suitable for small plots with low noise,lightweight,beautiful and automation in off ice areas,green belts and other areas.In this paper,a remote-controlled light lawn mower with high-strength structural composite material parts is made by 3D printing technology.Its structure,power system and electrical system are designed and calculated.The noise and mowing eff iciency of lawn mower in the campus and government off ice are tested.The results show that the noise of lawn mower is low and it is easy to install and replace which is suitable for plant protection in urban areas.
