摘要
对现有的传送带从理论方面分析,设计出了简单便捷且可折叠的传送带,并完成了3D建模部分。为了可以在无电区域使用,采用了人力驱动,所以对还传送带分析后,利用脚踏式机具的驱动机构设计,并对该机构的基本形式和最佳工况以及曲柄的最佳位置进行了分析,实现了人力驱动的模拟分析。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the existing conveyor belt, a simple and convenient conveyor belt is designed and the 3D modeling part is completed. In order to can be used in areas without electricity, using the human power, so the conveyor belt, also use pedal-powered machines driving mechanism is designed, and the basic form of the agency and the best working condition and the crank is analyzed, the best position for simulation analysis of human power.
