摘要
针对海洋钻修机未安装防喷器/钻机刹车联动防提安全装置,无法满足相关标准规范要求,且存在本质安全风险等问题,开展了海洋钻修机防提断装置改造技术的研究与实践。本次改造技术主要采用从地面防喷器控制装置的控制气缸上取一路气源信号,通过海洋钻修机绞车保护系统,以控制海洋钻修机绞车刹车装置,从而实现控制防喷器组与钻修机绞车刹车装置的联动互锁。现场应用结果表明,改造后的防提断装置安全可靠,工作稳定,操作便捷。
