“成果导向”教育理念下自动化专业应用型人才培养模式探索 被引量:3

摘要 在成果导向的高等教育理念下,将成效为本的教学方法引入到自动化专业应用型人才培养的教学体系设计中,重点探讨以成果为导向下自动化专业人才培养方案、教学计划体系、课堂教学方法、课堂环境设计和实践教学方法与手段设计。该人才培养模式研究过程中强调"人才培养与社会需求的有效对接",可为本科院校培养应用型人才服务于地方提供新的研究视角。 Under the concept of "Outcome-based " education, the outcomes based teaching and learning-OBTL is introduced into the design of the teaching system for the application of automation professional application talents, focusing on the automation training program, teaching plan system, classroom teaching method, classroom environment and practical teaching methods. The research emphasizes the "effective docking of talent training and social needs", which can provide a new research perspective for undergraduate colleges to train applied talents to serve the localities.
