CMT堆焊锅炉水冷壁的变形及控制

摘要 堆焊锅炉水冷壁管排时,管排受热不均匀,存在堆焊变形,变形严重会影响锅炉水冷壁的安装、使用。为减小堆焊变形,采用热输入较低的CMT焊接方法,焊接锅炉水冷壁管排及堆焊水冷壁管排表面,通过对焊接参数的反复调节,得到成型美观、表面无缺陷的堆焊层。使用刚性固定的方法控制焊接变形,与无拘束变形情况的变形量做对比。结果表明,刚性固定的方法堆焊锅炉水冷壁管排能有效减小堆焊变形,此方法虽不能完全消除焊接变形,但变形量与无拘束变形时相比明显减小。 When surfacing boiler waterwall tube row,the pipe row is not evenly heated,there are surfacing deformation,and the deformation will affect the installation and use of the boiler water wall.CMTwelding method with low thermal input is used for welding boiler water wall pipe row and surfacing water wall pipe row surface,through the repeated adjustment of welding parameters,The beautiful and defect-free surfacing layer is achieved.The welding deformation is controlled by rigid fixed method,and the steel pipe is fixed at the back of the tube,and compared with the deformation amount of free deformation.The results show that Rigid fixed method for welding boiler water wall pipe row can effectively reduce the surfacing deformation.the method can not completely eliminate the welding deformation,but the amount of deformation as compared with the free deformation has been significantly reduced.
