电厂布袋除尘器花板结构有限元分析

花板是布袋除尘器的重要部件。本文以某电厂2×300MW机组布袋除尘器花板为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行了优化分析。对3种结构方案进行了详细计算分析,优化后的加固肋重量下降了30%以上,为布袋除尘器花板设计和工程实践提供了可靠依据。

Tubesheet is the important components in bag filter. Optimum analysis on tubesheet of bag filter in a 2×300MW power plant was studied on with ANSYS software used in finite element analysis. According to the analysis results on 3 structural concept, the structures of the tubesheet can be optimized. After the optimization, the weight of stiffening ribs reduce more than 30 percent. The result of this paper has certain reference significance in the design of tubesheet of bag filter.
