基于气动机械手控制的单流程控制实验教学设计——以《可编程控制器技术》课程为例

摘要 单流程控制实验是《可编程控制器技术》这门课程中很重要的一部分知识内容,本着以岗位需求为出发点,以学生的能力驱动为目的,本文将气动机械手的控制这一典型项目案例教学贯穿于本节课的内容和创新实践过程中。将理论与实践相结合,体现以学生为主体,教师为主导的理实一体化教学。通过由简入繁的课程知识体系,使学生构建自己的知识体系,逐步提升学生分析问题、解决问题的能力以及综合职业能力等,从而实现项目化课程的教学设计。 Single f low control experiment is an important part of the knowledge content in the "Programmable Controller Technology" course. It is based on the needs of the position and the ability of the students to drive. In this paper, the control of pneumatic manipulator is a typical project case teaching throughout the course of this course and innovation practice. Combining theory and practice, it embodies the integrated teaching of rationality with students as the main body and teachers as the leading body. Through the simple and complex curriculum knowledge system, students build their own knowledge system, gradually improve students to analyze problems, solve problems and comprehensive professional ability, so as to achieve the teaching design of project-based courses.
