The Basic Connotations and Thoughts of Socialist Moral Construction in the New Era

从经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态建设等五个方面来看,道德与新时代人民的美好生活息息相关。新时代社会主义道德建设的基本内涵是:构建以人民为中心的道德建设体系;以社会主义核心价值观为指导、以"五爱"作为社会主义道德的基本要求;以公民道德建设工程——"四德工程"为主要内容。新时代的道德建设应主要以政德为风向标,以青年的道德教育为关键,以弘扬传统优秀道德文化为载体,以全面从严治党为政治保障,以制度建设为手段。

Morality is closely related to the good life of the people in the new era in five aspects,namely,economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,and ecological construction.The basic connotations of the socialist moral construction in the new era include building a people-centered morality construction system under the guidance of the core values of Chinese socialism with the basic requirement of socialist moral construction represented by"the five loves of the civic virtues"and the main content of the civic morality construction represented by"the four virtues project".To successfully carry out moral construction in the new era,we should take political virtue as the orientation,the moral education of young people as the key,the promotion of excellent traditional moral culture as the carrier,the full and rigorous governance over the Communist Party of China as the political guarantee,and the institutional construction as the means.
