我国非金属矿种历史沿革及修订建议

Historical Evolution and Revised Recommendation of Non-metallic Minerals in China

1994年矿产资源法实施以来,《实施细则》中的非金属矿产用途不断扩大,新的矿种不断被发现,部分非金属矿产已不再利用或用途被其他非金属矿产替代,涵盖不了当前非金属矿产种类。本文梳理了我国非金属矿种的历史沿革,总结了各阶段非金属矿种的特点,指出了《实施细则》实施以来非金属矿种的变化情况及存在的不足,并提出了修订建议。

Since the implementation of the Mineral Resources Law in 1994,the use of non-metallic minerals in rules for the implementation of the Mineral Resources Law has been expanding,new minerals have been continuously discovered,some nonmetallic minerals are no longer used or replaced by other non-metallic minerals,and the current non-metallic minerals has not been covered.This paper hackle the history evolution of non-metallic minerals,summarizes the characteristics of non-metallic minerals at various stages,points out the changes and shortcomings of non-metallic minerals in rules for the implementation of the Mineral Resources Law,and put forward the revised recommendation.
