摘要
以辽宁钙基膨润土为原料,经过钠化提纯、凝胶性能调节、凝胶干燥等工艺制备出粘度值2 350mPa·s、白度88的膨润土无机凝胶。通过在二氧化硅体系牙膏中的对比应用试验表明:该膨润土无机凝胶可以部分替代有机流变剂在牙膏中作为流变改进剂,改善二氧化硅体系牙膏的流变性。
Bentonite inorganic gel is synthesized using Liaoning Ca-bentonite as matrix by sodium modification,purification,gel property modification,dry and so on.Its viscosity is 2 350mPa.s,the whiteness is 88.The application contrast experiment in the toothpaste indicates:the bentonite inorganic gel can be used as additive agent instead of part organic rheological agent in the toothpaste of SiO2 system,it can improve the rheology of the toothpaste.
