摘要 波形钢腹板组合梁具有自重轻、受力性能优、美观等优点,目前一般采用现浇工艺进行施工。本项目在国内首次将节段预制拼装技术引入波形钢腹板组合梁桥建设中,以实现中小跨径钢混组合梁桥"高效、优质、绿色、节能"装配化施工。本文结合江苏省南京长江第五大桥三座跨线桥的施工实际,探讨波形钢腹板节段箱梁的预制施工,以期为同类工程提供宝贵经验。 Composite beams with corrugated steel webs have the advantages of light weight, excellent mechanical performance and beautiful appearance. At present, cast-in-situ technology is generally used for construction. This project is the first time in China to introduce segmental Prefabrication Technology into the construction of corrugated steel web composite girder bridges, in order to realize the assembly construction of medium and small span steel-concrete composite girder bridges with high efficiency, high quality, green and energy saving. In this paper, the prefabrication construction of corrugated steel webs section box girders is discussed based on the construction practice of three cross-line bridges of Nanjing Yangtze River Fifth Bridge in Jiangsu Province, with a view to providing valuable experience for similar projects.
