中国智库在精准扶贫中的作用研究

The Role of Chinese Think Tank in Targeted Poverty Alleviation

中国智库参与了扶贫工作的各个阶段,在精准扶贫过程中起到了研究支撑、服务社会、扩大反贫困国际影响力等作用,但智库的作用并未充分发挥、服务功能需要进一步拓展、政策研究成果转化率不足,需要激发社会智库的积极性、创新智库服务功能、提升政策研究转化率,以进一步提升中国智库在精准扶贫中的作用。

Chinese think tank has participated in various stages of poverty alleviation, and has played a role of supporting research, serving the society and expanding the international influence of anti-poverty in the process of targeted poverty alleviation. However, there is still room for Chinese think tank to play a more significant role, expand their service functions to a wider range, and improve the relatively low conversion rate of policy research results. It is necessary to stimulate the participation of the social think tank, innovate the service function of the think tank and increase the conversion rate of the policy research, so as to further enhance the role of Chinese think tank in targeted poverty alleviation.
