摘要
对190名西北少数民族大学生调查表明,其每年在校生活费平均近万元,不足一成家庭能够完全负担相关费用,大部分都有较强的就业意愿,普遍期望在西北地区离父母较近的地方工作。要克服家庭教育投入不足、就业区域与行业"扎堆"等问题,需要通过增加教育资源与双语教育投入、支持跨区域跨行业就业、加强就业扶持等政策措施改善家庭教育投入,提升就业质量。
This paper conducts a survey on 190 ethnic minority college students in Gansu and Qinghai, two provinces in the northwestern China. The result shows that their annual living expenses at college reach nearly RMB10,000 yuan, and less than 10% of their families can fully afford the relevant expenses. Most students have strong employment intention and generally expect to work near the place where their parents live in the northwestern region. To overcome the problems such as insufficient family investment in education, the limited choice and over density of employment area and industry, it is necessary to improve family educational investment and the quality of employment by increasing educational resources and investment in bilingual education, supporting cross-regional and cross-industry employment, and strengthening employment support.
