本科翻译人才协同培养是一个由不同主体、平台、环节构成的微观社会系统。政府、高校、企业、科研机构等主体发挥各自的优势,分别形成政府调控平台、高校教学平台、企业实践平台、科研创新平台,紧密联系,协同合作,通过以选择机制为先导、合作机制为核心、管理机制为保障及评估机制为反馈的良性运行机制,创建互惠互利、多元共赢的和谐的协同合作生态环境,实现本科翻译专业人才协同培养体制长期稳定的发展。

The current training modes in translation are faced with new challenges in the era of economic globalization and big data. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the present collaboration education in cultivating translation talents and elaborates the Government-Business-University-Research cooperation mode comprising selection mechanism, cooperation mechanism, management mechanism and evaluation mechanism, as to provide some references for the advances of educational system in translation.
