摘要 从"关系"和"经验"两个维度分析中华文化的特质,并结合企业的社会网络、管理方式和企业文化建构对赞比亚案例公司的文化流动实践进行分析,认为中国私有企业在投资海外的过程中,往往遭遇文化流动实践的"经验陷阱",而"经验陷阱"恰恰来自企业先期海外投资经营过程中的经验建构,这一经验建构往往对企业的发展经营构成困境和挑战,同时也反映出中华文化贡献了超越现代性和全球化的本土特征。 This paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of Chinese culture from the two dimensions of "guanxi(correlation)" and "experience", as well as the cultural flows of a Zambian company in combination with the company's social network, management methods and corporate culture construction. It is found that during the process of overseas investing, Chinese private companies often encounter " experience traps" in the practice of cultural flows, and the traps come from the experience construction of the early investment and operations of the enterprises. The experience construction usually brings dilemma and challenges to the development and operation of overseas Chinese enterprises, which also reflects the local characteristics of the Chinese culture beyond modernity and globalization.
