人力资本、社会网络对创业选择影响的城乡差异研究

The Urban-Rural Differences in Impacts of Human Capital and Social Network on the Entrepreneurship Choice

基于"CDLS2014"数据,分析了人力资本、社会网络创业效应的城乡差异。研究发现,人力资本的创业效应存在显著城乡差异,其中,农民文化程度等能力、素质要素的创业效应高于城镇居民,城镇居民专业资格证书等专业技能的创业效应高于农民;兄弟姐妹等血缘关系,社区邻里等地缘关系和同事、同学等业缘、学缘关系的创业效应均不存在显著的城乡差异。

Based on the CDLS2014 data, this paper analyzes the urban-rural differences in the entrepreneurial effect caused by human capital and social network. According to the result, obvious difference exist between urban and rural areas in the influence of general human capital. The capability and quality such as educational background have more entrepreneurial effect among the rural population than among their urban counterparts;the specialty skills such as professional qualifications and certificates have better entrepreneurial effect among the urban residents than among their rural counterparts;there is no obvious urban-rural differences in the entrepreneurial effect resulted from kinship, geo-relation of neighborhood and relations of colleagues and schoolmates.
