This paper focuses on the realistic predicament of the legislation of the Regulation on the Autonomy Of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Based on the origin and causes of the problem, the paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as balancing the rights and interests of the state and local governments, setting up special institutions to supervise the legislation, improving the quality of legislation and adjusting the legislative provisions to suit the need of specific situation, as well as implementing the legislative plan and decision-making of the legislation, so as to offer new path choices for the coming up of the Regulation on the Autonomy Of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
