粤北少数民族地区学前教育问题与对策 被引量:2

Problems and Countermeasures of the Preschool Education in Ethnic Areas of North Guangdong Province

摘要 对粤北少数民族地区学前教育现状的调查研究表明,幼教工作者较家长更注重将幼儿安全置于首位和更重视民族文化的传承,家长将自理能力列为幼儿园应培养幼儿的第一能力,有1/3的教师给幼儿布置家庭作业,家长的不理解和工资待遇低困扰幼教工作者。建议继续加大学前教育的投入,保持良好的发展态势;全社会重视学前教育,提高家长的教育素质;着力提高幼教工作者的专业素养,打造良好的育人环境;充分利用民族传统节日,实施民族文化教育。 The investigation and research on the preschool education conducted in the ethnic area of north Guangdong Province show that pre-school educators pay more attention to children security and the inheritance of ethnic culture,while parents consider self-care abilities as the priority over all skills fostered in the kindergarten.One third of kindergarten teachers assign homework to children.The preschool educators are troubled by parents'misunderstanding and underpaid income.This paper suggests to increase the investment in preschool education to keep a smooth development;to attract attention of the whole society to preschool education;to improve parents'educational quality and the professional quality of preschool educators for a better education environment;and to make full use of traditional festivals to implement the ethnic and cultural education.
