摘要 文中提出一种箱式变电站温升试验的新方法,通过改变标准规定的原有温升试验接线方法,及试验数据推导换算,从而达到简化试验程序、试验电源由2台减少为1台的目的。该试验方法在确保检测数据准确的前提下,降低对检测设备的要求、减少对试验设备的投入、提高试验室检测能力,降低了试验过程中的工作强度、提高工作效率。最后通过新旧两种试验方法对同一台箱式变电站进行温升比对试验,结果表明新试验方法的可行性与准确性。 In this paper,a new test method for temperature rise test of prefabricated substation is proposed.By changing the original connection method of temperature rise test and deducing and converting test data,the test procedure is simplified and the test power supply is reduced from two to one.On the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the test data,the test method reduces the requirement of the test equipment,reduces the investment of the test equipment,improves the test ability of the laboratory,reduces the work intensity in the test process and improves the work efficiency.Finally,the temperature rise comparison test of the same box substation is carried out by the new and old test methods.The results show that the new test method is feasible and accurate.
