Study on the Research Topic of Overview of Systematic Reviews in English

目的:分析英文发表系统评价再评价的研究主题。方法:检索PubMed,Embase.com和Cochrane Library,检索时间截至2019年1月。由2位研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选出系统评价再评价研究,用BICOMS 2分析软件对主要主题词进行抽取和整理并生成共现矩阵,分别利用NetDraw 2.089和gCLUTO 1.0软件绘制网络关系图和进行聚类分析。结果:纳入1 025篇系统评价再评价的研究,具有实质意义主要主题词1 008个,核心主题词为文献综述、循证医学、Meta分析、肿瘤和锻炼。聚类分析共获得5个研究主题,分别为:主题1:针刺和物理治疗方法在痴呆和疼痛管理中的价值;主题2:循证医学研究方法在精神分裂症和精神障碍结果评估中的应用;主题3:远程医疗在糖尿病和哮喘等慢性疾病患者自我照顾和教育中的价值;主题4:初级卫生保健在发展中国家肿瘤,2型糖尿病和心血管疾病等患者健康状况改善方面的价值;主题5:饮食和锻炼等行为治疗在肥胖和HIV感染中的价值。结论:目前关于系统评价再评价的研究主要集中在远程医疗和补充替代治疗在慢病防治中的价值方面。

Objective:To analyze the research topic of overview of systematic reviews(OoSRs)in English.Methods:The PubMed,Embase.com,Cochrane Library were searched from inception to January 2019,to include the English researches on OoSRs.Two researchers independently selected the papers of OoSRs by inclusion and exclusion criteria,and extracted the major medical subject headings(MeSH)and produced matrix by BICOMS 2 software,the figure of network by NetDraw 2.089,cluster analysis by gCLUTO 1.0.Results:A total of 1 025 OoSRs involving 1 008 major MeSH with substantial meanings were included.The five major MeSH were Review Literature as Topic,Evidence-Based Medicine,Meta-Analysis as Topic,Neoplasms,and Exercise.The MeSH were divided into 5 research topics,research topic one:the value of acupuncture and physical therapy for dementia and pain management.Research topic two:the research method of evidence-based medical for outcome assessment of schizophrenia and mental disorders.Research topic three:the value of telemedicine for patient′s self-care and education of diabetes and asthma.Research topic four:primary health care for improving the health status of tumor,cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes patients in developing countries.Research topic five:the value of diet and exercise therapy for obesity and HIV infection.Conclusion:The OoSRs focus on the aspects of telemedicine and complementary therapies for chronic diseases.
