精细护理干预在颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞术患者中的应用

The Application of Fine Nursing Intervention in Patients with Intracranial Aneurysm Embolization

目的:探讨精细护理干预在颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将110例择期行颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞术患者按护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各55例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施精细护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组干预后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后生活质量评分高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后总体健康、生理职能、生理功能、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细护理干预可缓解颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞术患者的不良情绪,提高生活质量和满意度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application methods and effect of fine nursing intervention in patients with intracranial aneurysm endovascular embolization.Methods:According to different nursing methods,110 patients undergoing intracranial aneurysm endovascular embolization were divided into control group and observation group with 55 cases each.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received fine nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P <0.05).The life quality score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention( P < 0.05 ),and the overall health,physiological function,physiological function,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group( P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05),and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:Fine nursing intervention can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with intracranial aneurysm endovascular embolization,improve the quality of life and satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
