摘要
目的:探讨授权教育配合放松式心理干预在白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将86例白内障手术患者采用随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组各43例,两组患者均给予白内障手术围术期常规护理和放松式心理护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施授权教育。比较两组干预前后负性情绪、自护能力及生活质量变化情况。结果:干预后两组正负性情绪量表(PANAS)正性情绪评分明显升高,负性情绪评分明显降低,且观察组正性情绪评分高于对照组,负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组自我效能量表各维度评分及总分明显升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组医学应对问卷(MCMQ)量表面对应对策略评分明显升高,回避及屈服应对策略评分明显降低,且观察组面对评分高于对照组,回避及屈服评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组低视力者生活质量量表(LVQOL)各维度评分及总分均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:授权理论配合放松式心理干预可有效改善白内障手术患者负性情绪,提升患者自护能力和生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of empowerment education combined with relaxation psychological intervention in cataract surgery patients.Methods:A total of 86 cases of cataract surgery patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,43 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given perioperative routine nursing and relaxation psychological nursing intervention,and observation group was given empowerment education on the basis of routine nursing.Negative emotions,self-care ability and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the positive emotional scale of PANAS of the two groups was significantly increased,while the negative emotional score was significantly decreased.The positive emotional score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the negative emotional score was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant( P <0.05).The scores of all dimensions and total scores of self-efficacy scales of the two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The differences were statistically significant( P <0.05).The scores of coping strategies of the two groups in the MCMQ scale were significantly increased,while the scores of avoidance and yield coping strategies were significantly decreased.The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the scores of avoidance and yield were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant( P <0.05).The total scores of the two groups with low vision of LVQOL were significantly increased in all dimensions( P <0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:Empowerment education theory combined with relaxation psychological intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of cataract surgery patients and improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
