基于天地图的房产信息系统开发及其关键技术

Development and Key Technologies of Real Estate Information System Based on Map World

传统的房产信息仍停留在属性数据库管理阶段,已不能适应现代房产业务的需求。本文基于天地图提供的二次开发接口,并充分应用天地图API接口技术、系统数据整合与关联技术、数据集成应用Mashup技术、房产专题数据库构建技术设计开发了房产信息系统,实现了地图浏览和房产信息查询等一系列功能,为房产管理提供了崭新的方式,取得了良好的应用效果。

traditional real estate information is still in the stage of attribute database management,and it can no longer meet the needs of rapid development of real estate business.Based on the two development interfaces provided by the map,this paper fully uses the API interface technology,the system data integration and association technology,the data integration application Mashup technology,the real estate special database construction technology design and development of the real estate information system,and realizes a series of functions,such as map browsing and real estate information query.Real estate management has provided a temporary new way and achieved good application results.
