As an indispensable part of urban development in China,the construction of subway station is an important part.The key to guarantee the smooth progress of subway construction project is how to check and control the hidden danger of safety in the construction process in the early and middle period of the construction period and how to deal with various emergencies during the construction period.This paper makes use of the leakage accident of a foundation pit excavation in hangzhou,and based on the analysis of the monitoring data of the actual project,puts forward reasonable Suggestions and measures to guarantee the construction of the subway foundation pit.
