摘要
随着经济的发展,越来越多的建筑废料出现在人们的视野中。通过将建筑废料破碎、筛分得到一定颗粒级配的粗骨料和细骨料,并分别取代10%、30%、50%、70%、100%,测试其坍落度、抗压强度。试验得出随着细骨料替代量的增加,其抗压强度值逐渐降低,且下降幅度逐渐增加。且随着再生骨料替代率的增加,混凝土的坍落度会显著下降,但28 d强度增长率会逐渐增加。改变水胶比时,水胶比的增加会导致混凝土强度下降,但随着坍落度的增加,其工作性能有较大的提高,且随着龄期的增加,水胶比越大,其28 d强度增长率越大。
With the development of economy,more and more construction waste has appeared.In this paper,by crushing and sieving the construction waste,the coarse aggregate and fine aggregate with certain granule gradation were getand the slump and compressive strength of the recycled fine aggregate were tested.The result shows that the compressive strength decreases gradually with the increase of the substitution amount of fine aggregates,and the decreasing amplitude increases gradually.With the increase of replacement rate of recycled aggregate,the slump of concrete will decrease significantly,but the growth rate of 28 d strength will increase gradually.When the water-binder ratio is changed,the increase of water-binder ratio will lead to the decrease of concrete strength.With the increase of slump,its work performance is improved greatly,and with the increase of the age,the water-binder ratio is bigger,the growth rate of 28 d strength increases.
