行刑社会化,主要是指在执行刑罚过程中,注重社会因素对矫正罪犯的作用,通过放宽罪犯自由、加强罪犯与社会联系、促使罪犯掌握必要生活技能和相关社会知识等途径,塑造罪犯使其符合正常社会生活的信念与人格,最终促成罪犯再社会化的一种刑罚执行方式。现今,行刑社会化已经逐渐成为各国刑罚执行机关在执行自由刑时所追求的目标和遵循的原则。从行刑社会化的基本问题出发,探讨我国行刑社会化机制的演进、发展困境及其制约因素,重点研究我国行刑社会化制度应如何改进,并提出具体的完善建议。

The socialization of execution mainly refers to paying attention to the role of social factors in correcting criminals in the process of executing penalties.By relaxing the freedom of criminals,strengthening their social ties,and promoting criminals to master the necessary life skills and relevant social knowledge,criminals can shape their beliefs and personalities in line with normal social life and ultimately promote crimes.Criminal re-socialization is a way of executing punishment.Nowadays,the socialization of execution has gradually become the goal and principle pursued by the executing organs of various countries in executing free punishment.Starting from the basic problems of the socialization of execution,explore the evolution,development dilemma and constraints of the socialization mechanism of execution in China,focus on how to improve the mechanism of the socialization of execution in China,and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
