无人驾驶汽车法律风险问题研究

近几年随着各国对无人驾驶汽车积极进行生产研发和开放道路测试,我国也提出了大力发展无人驾驶汽车等人工智能产业的一系列新政策。为促进我国无人驾驶汽车产业的发展,要解决好无人驾驶汽车所面临的法律挑战,为其上路做好法律保障。通过重点分析无人驾驶汽车产业带来的诸如交通事故侵权责任认定等四个亟待解决的法律风险,进一步提出应对之策,力图为我国无人驾驶汽车行业法律构建提供参考意见,从而促进我国无人驾驶汽车产业的快速发展。

In recent years,with the development of R&D and open road testing by unmanned vehicles in various countries,China has also proposed a series of new policies to vigorously develop artificial intelligence industries such as driverless cars.In order to promote the development of China s driverless car industry at the forefront of the world,before the“automobile”goes on the road,we must first solve the legal challenges faced by driverless cars and provide legal protection for them.Focus on analyzing the four legal risks that need to be solved,such as the identification of traffic accident infringement liability brought by the driverless automobile industry,and further propose countermeasures to try to provide reference for the legal construction of the driverless car industry in the country.This will promote the rapid development of the driverless car industry in China.
