高等职业教育担负着为社会培养高素质技术技能型人才的使命。高职教育的发展,促进了区域经济的发展,而区域经济的高速发展,又为高职教育的发展提供了前提条件。区域产业结构调整必将带来人才需求的变化,高职院校的专业设置只有符合市场需求,适应区域经济的发展方向,高职院校和区域经济才能实现全面可持续发展。以伊春职业学院专业设置与区域经济发展之间的联系为例,探讨如何建立校、政、企、行之间的内在命运联系,有效地实现高职院校专业设置与区域经济发展的良性互动。
