新时代大学生集体主义教育的路径

On the Path of Education for College Students in the New Era

大学生集体主义教育有利于大学生增强集体认同感,树立正确的集体主义价值观。当前大学生集体主义教育存在教育者集体主义教育意识模糊、受教育者集体主义观念淡薄、集体主义教育内容陈旧、集体主义教育方法单一等四个问题。探索出加强全员育人,构建家校生三位一体育人机制;重视课程育人功能,丰富、拓展教育内容;发挥网络育人功能,优化网络传媒环境;强化实践育人功能,重视实践教学等教育路径,加强新时代高校大学生的集体主义教育。

The university student collectivism education is helpful for college students to enhance their collective identity and establish correct collectivist values.At present,there are four problems in the collectivism education of college students,such as the ambiguity of educator s collectivism education,the weak concept of educators collectivism,the outdated content of collectivism education,and the single method of collectivism education.Aiming at these problems,it is proposed to strengthen the education of the whole staff,and construct the three-in-one education system of the school students.Pay attention to the function of curriculum education,enrich and expand education content;Give play to the function of network education,optimize the network media environment;Strengthen the function of practice education,attach importance to the education path of practice teaching and strengthen the collectivism of college students in the new era.
