高职幼师专业数学特色教育的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of Mathematical Characteristic Education in Vocational College Preschool Teachers

目前,高职幼师专业数学特色教育存在一些问题,主要表现为办学目标和定位不明确、师资队伍和团队建设不到位、课程与教学资源建设被忽视、教学方式方法创新不足。为弥补这些不足,提升教学效果和人才培养质量,九江职业大学明确高职幼师专业数学特色教育的目标与思路、加强师资队伍及教学团队建设、重视课程与教学资源建设,并推进教学方式方法创新改革,加强实践教学环节。实践表明,采取这些方法不仅能推动特色教育顺利进行,还能强化学生基本技能训练,提高学生就业率,并取得良好示范效应。

At present,there are some shortcomings in the professional mathematics education of vocational teachers.The main manifestations are that the goals and positioning of the school are not clear,the teaching staff and team building are not in place,the construction of curriculum and teaching resources is neglected,and the innovation of teaching methods is insufficient.In order to make up for these deficiencies and improve the teaching effect and quality of personnel training,Jiujiang Vocational University clarifies the goals and ideas of professional mathematics education for higher vocational and junior high school teachers,strengthens the construction of teaching staff and teaching teams,attaches importance to the construction of curriculum and teaching resources,and promotes teaching methods.Innovate reform and strengthen practical teaching links.The reality shows that adopting these methods not only promotes the smooth development of characteristic education,but also strengthens the basic skills training of students,improves the employment rate of students,and achieves a good demonstration effect.
