新创企业市场新颖性与企业绩效关系研究——基于环境动荡性视角 被引量:5

The Research of Relationship between Market Novelty of New Ventures and Enterprise Performance——Based on the Perspective of Environmental Turbulence

摘要 当前,鼓励"大众创业、万众创新"已成为国家发展战略,但新创企业的创新问题在理论上研究不足,国内外文献对新创企业成长和竞争优势研究的不多,对新创企业市场新颖性的研究更是鲜有涉及。文章以广东省制造业(电子信息、装备制造等)新创企业为实证样本,分析研究在环境动荡性调节效应影响的情形下,新创企业市场新颖性对企业绩效的作用关系,研究结果表明:新创企业市场新颖性对企业绩效具有显著正向作用,环境动荡性的三个维度变量分别在市场新颖性与企业绩效之间起调节作用,具体是行业技术动荡性起正向调节作用,市场需求动荡性和政策不确定性均起负向调节作用。 Nowadays,encouragement of starting personal own business and innovations has been national strategies,which prevail throughout the whole nation.But there is a lack of research on innovation of new enterprises.In other words,domestic and foreign resources and literature,about the growth and competitive edge of new ventures,are limited,including the resource limitation of novelty.The effects of market novelty from new enterprises are analyzed according to the enterprise performance with the mediating effect of environmental turbulence,based on the real sample of new manufacturing enterprises,mainly in Guangdong province.The results show that market novelty of new ventures exerts a positive influence on the enterprise performance.It is the three dimensions of environmental turbulence,which have the impacts between market novelty and enterprise performance respectively.Specifically,technological turbulence in industry exerts a positive effect;market demand turbulence and policy uncertainty both exert a negative effect.
