摘要
利用STAR-CCM+三维流体分析软件对某款商用车的除霜除雾风道进行稳态CFD数值模拟分析,计算出各出风口分风比例未达到要求,且风窗上气流速度分布也未满足要求。通过优化除霜风道,改善了分风比例,增大了风窗上的风速,使其能达到除霜除雾的要求。
A commercial vehicle defrosting duct is simulated by using STAR-CCM+three-dimensional fluid analysis software.The results show that the air distribution ratio of each outlet does not meet the requirements,and the air velocity distribution on the window does not meet the requirements neither.By optimizing the defrosting duct,the air distribution ratio is improved,and the wind speed on the window is increased,so that it can meet the requirements of defrosting.
