基于CAE技术的端子尾部压接分析

摘要 用CAE (计算机辅助工程)分析的方法进行连接器端子尾部压接的仿真,实现在研发阶段对产品进行验证,增加了产品设计的准确性。使用显示动态的有限元模型对适用19根导线的尾部进行仿真分析,得出的CAE压接剖面和试验室剖面分析一致。分析结果表明用该方法可实现对新产品端子尾部适用线径的验证和对其压接高度的推断,对端子尾部的设计和研究提供了理论上的参考。 This paper does a simulation analysis of terminal wings crimping by finite element method,which can implement product validation during the design stage and increase the correctness of design.A simulation analysis of terminal wings crimping of 19-stranded wires has been conducted using an explicit dynamic finite element model,which conclude that the cross section of CAE model is in line with the experimental results.The research results show that this method can be used to verify the wire size and deduce the conduct crimp height range of the new product terminal,which can provide theoretical guidance for design and research.
