摘要
为了进一步加强医学生的医学遗传学本科教育,使其能更好地与临床实践相衔接,进而激发学生的自主学习兴趣,并推进医学遗传学的教学改革,开展了医学遗传学案例式教学尝试并在2015级五年制临床医学本科生中进行实施,通过问卷调查形式探讨了案例式教学在医学遗传学教学中的具体成效。结果表明,案例式教学法更能实现与素质教育相结合,能在一定程度上提高学生的医学遗传学知识和临床应用水平,为探讨案例式教学在医学遗传学本科教学改革中的作用提供了良好的经验与数据支持。
In order to further strengthen undergraduate education in medical genetics among medical students, to better connect with clinical practice, tostimulate students’interestin independent learning, and to promote the reform of medical genetics teaching, a trialimplementationofthe case-based teachingwas carried out in medical genetics among five-year clinical medical undergraduate students in Grade 2015. With the case-based teaching, the teaching effectiveness of medical genetics was evaluated in the form of a questionnaire survey among students. The results suggested that the case-based teaching could better carry out the combination of quality education , andimprove students’ medical genetics knowledge and clinical application level to some extent. This study provides a good experience and data basis for discussing case teaching reform of medical genetics teaching inundergraduate education.
