军医大学学员教学满意度分析

The analysis of students' satisfactiondegree with schoolteaching in military medical universities

为调查军医大学学员对院校教学工作的满意度,采用自编问卷对2所军医大学3 294名学员进行调查和不同群体的比较(问卷采用李克特5级评分法)。结果显示,军医大学学员总体对学校教育教学工作的整体评价为3. 890±1. 060,对16项具体教学工作的满意度有统计学差异(F=129. 869,P <0. 001)。SNK检验显示,学员满意度最高的是教员授课的认真程度和授课水平(4. 21和4. 17),最低的是食堂等伙食保障和学校对毕业生的分析指导情况(3. 40和3. 43)。"211"院校学员的整体满意度以及16个分项的满意度均低于一般院校;男学员的整体满意度以及12个分项的满意度均低于女学员;临床专业学员的整体满意度以及14个分项的满意度均低于非临床学员;不同年级学员对院校教育教学工作的整体评价及16个分项的满意度比较均有差异。

To survey the students’satisfactiondegree with school teaching in military medical universities, 3 294 students in 2 military medical universities were surveyed with self-made satisfaction questionnaire(with Likert 5 level scoring) and analyzed in different groups. The results showed that the overall evaluation of all the students with college teaching work was 3.890±1.060, and there wasstatistical significance in their satisfactionwith the 16 concrete jobs( F=129.869,P <0.001). SNK test showed that the aspects of the highest satisfaction was the teachers’ seriousness and teaching level(4.21 and 4.17);and those of the lowest were the food guaranteeand career guidance for the graduates(3.40 and 3.43). The satisfactiondegrees of those in “211 project” university were lower than those in other universities in the overall evaluation and 16 concrete jobs;the satisfactiondegrees of the males were lower than thoseof females in the overall evaluation and 12 concrete jobs;the satisfaction degrees of the students in clinical specialties were lower than those in non-clinical specialties in the overall evaluation and 14 concrete jobs;and it showed statistical significance in the satisfactiondegrees of the students in different grades in the overall evaluation and 16 concrete jobs.
