摘要
特发性门脉高压(idiopathic portal hypertension,IPH)是一种以门脉高压相关表现为主,肝功能正常,不伴肝静脉或门静脉梗阻的罕见疾病。本文报道1例将IPH误诊为肝硬化的病例,旨在引起临床医师的注意。
Idiopathic portal hypertension(IPH) is a rare disease characterized by portal hypertension with normal liver function and no hepatic or portal vein obstruction. A case of IPH misdiagnosed as cirrhosis is reported in this paper, aiming to attract the attention of clinicians.
