高坝洲电厂220 kV开关站母线保护装置改造

Renovation of the Busbar Protection Device in 220 kV Switch Station in Gaobazhou Hydropower Plant

清江高坝洲电厂220 kV开关站Ⅱ母BP-2B母差动保护装置自2003年投产运行12年,因元器件老化严重等,已无法保证Ⅱ母长周期安全可靠运行。2015年将开关站的BP-2B型母线差动保护装置更换为长园深圳南瑞BP-2CA-G型,其在功能上可以实现母线差动保护、断路器失灵保护、母联失灵保护、母联死区保护、CT断线判别功能及PT断线判别功能等。在母线区内发生各种故障时正确动作,在各种类型区外故障时不误动。几年来运行稳定,情况良好,保证了Ⅱ母长期安全可靠运行。

After 12 years of operation,the BP-2B differential protection device of the busbar Ⅱ in 220kV switch station in Gaobazhou Hydropower Plant is of severe ageing,which is no longer able to ensure the long-term safe and reliable operation of the busbar.Therefore,the BP-2B busbar differential protection device is replaced with NARI BP-2CA-G type.Providing the busbar differential protection,circuit breaker failure protection,busbar coupler failure protection,busbar coupler dead zone protection,CT disconnection discrimination function and PT disconnection discrimination function,the new protection device is able to act correctly in case of various faults occurred in the busbar zone and does not malfunction in case of out-of-zone faults.Over the past several years,the device has been operating normally and stably,which ensures the long-term safe and reliable operation of the busbar Ⅱ.
