水轮发电机定子线棒电晕腐蚀分析及处理

Analysis and Treatment of the Corona Corrosion of Stator Bar in Hydro-turbine Generator

作为发电机核心部件,定子线棒的健康程度对于发电机至关重要,若定子线棒出现不同程度的电晕腐蚀缺陷,将对发电机的安全稳定运行产生严重后果。针对深溪沟水电站发电机运行维护检修过程中出现的实际情况,对出现电晕腐蚀的线棒进行统计,分析其主要部位产生电晕腐蚀的原因,并研究探索出了切合实际的处理方法,使问题得到有效的解决。

As the core component,the stator bar is of great importance to the generator.If corona corrosion defect occurs in the stator bar,the safe and stable operation of the generator could be seriously affected.Based on the practical maintenance experience of Shenxigou Hydropower Station,the corona corrosion faults observed in stator bars are summarized.Possible reasons of the corona corrosion in major parts are analyzed and feasible treatment measures are proposed considering the actual conditions.Practice shows that the problem is solved effectively.
