遂宁儿童九项呼吸道感染病原体IgM抗体检测分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:分析遂宁地区九项呼吸道感染病原体IgM抗体在呼吸道感染儿童中的流行现状,为临床有效防治提供依据。方法:采用间接免疫荧光法检测门诊及住院患儿血清中九项呼吸道病原体IgM抗体,分析其阳性率在不同年龄、性别、月份中的变化特点。结果:6094例患儿血清IgM抗体阳性812例,阳性率为13.32%,MP阳性率最高,其次为PIVs、INFB、RSV、ADV、LP1、INFA,而COX和CPn未检出;其中男童403例,女童409例,阳性率女童显著高于男童(P<0.01);混合感染主要流行于1月和10月,MP、ADV、PIVs、RSV、INFB分别在9月、7月、10月、12月、1月的阳性率最高,而阳性率MP每月均高于其他病原菌(P<0.05);不同年龄段中1~3岁组阳性率最高,0~1岁组的阳性率最低;除0~1岁组外,各年龄组中阳性率女童均显著高于男童(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:使用九项呼吸道联检试剂联合检测患儿血清中IgM抗体,可以快速明确病原体,对疾病的预防、诊断及治疗具有重要意义。 Objective:To analyze the prevalence of IgM antibodies against nine pathogens of respiratory tract infections in children with respiratory tract infections in Suining area,and to provide an evidence for effective prevention and treatment of respiratory tract infections.Methods:Indirect immunofluorescence method was used to detect the IgM antibodies of nine respiratory pathogens in the serum of outpatient children and hospitalized children,and the change characteristics of the positive rate in different ages,sexes and months were analyzed.Results:Of 6094 children,812 cases of serum IgM antibody were positive,the positive rate was 13.32%.The positive rate of MP was the highest,followed by PIVs,INFB,RSV,ADV,LP1 and INFA,while COX and CPn were not detected.403 cases were boys and 409 cases were girls;the positive rate of girls was significantly higher than that of boys(P<0.01).Mixed infection was mainly prevalent in January and October.The positive rates of MP,ADV,PIVs,RSV and INFB were the highest in September,July,October,December and January,respectively,while the positive rates of MP were higher than those of other pathogens every month(P<0.05).The positive rate of 1-3 years old group was the highest in different age groups,and that of 0-1 years old group was the lowest.Except 0-1 years old group,the positive rate of girls in other age groups was significantly higher than that of boys(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The combined detection of IgM antibodies in serum of children with respiratory tract diseases by nine respiratory tract reagents can quickly identify the pathogens.It is of great significance for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
