补阳还五汤加味治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on hemiplegia after stroke

目的:研究中药汤剂补阳还五汤在脑卒中偏瘫治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选择康复医学科2014年5月至2017年5月122例脑卒中偏瘫住院患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,两组均给予常规康复治疗,观察组另加用中药汤剂治疗,治疗后比较两组患者的日常生活能力指数(Barthel指数)、运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer评分)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)及平均住院天数。结果:观察组治疗后Barthel指数及Fugl-Meyer评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),平均住院天数观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂补阳还五汤在脑卒中偏瘫治疗中疗效肯定,特别是能提高患者的生活自理能力,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:Both groups were given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine.After treatment,the daily living ability index(Barthel index),motor function score(Fugl-Meyer score),neurological deficit score(NIHSS score)and average hospital days of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),NIHSS score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),average hospital days in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction is effective in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.
