摘要 目的:探讨导师制教学方法应用于护理人员继续教育项目中的效果。方法:对2016年参加"护理人员科学思维培训班"继续教育项目的64名学员采用导师制教学的方式进行培训,观察学员培训后的短期效果(学习班结束时)和长期效果(学习班结束后1年)。结果:学员培训结束时撰写了36份标书,30份论文,进行了55项持续改进;1年后观察学员的成果,撰写了20份标书,30份论文,还申请成功6项继续教育项目,回院后均进行了持续改进。结论:在继续教育项目中采用导师制教学,通过导师与学员之间的互动和针对性的指导,帮助学员从学习班里"学中练",学习班后"练中学",将理论知识更好地固化为自己的知识,在临床持续改进工作的顺利开展上获得很好效果。 Objective:To explore the effect of applying the tutorial teaching method in the continuing education program for nurses.Methods:64 students who participated in the continuing education project of“Nurses Scientific Thinking Training Course”in 2016 were trained by tutorial system.The short-term effect(at the end of the course)and the long-term effect(one year after the course)were observed.Results:At the end of the training,the trainees wrote 36 tenders,30 papers and made 55 continuous improvements.One year later,the results of the trainees were observed.They wrote 20 tenders and 30 papers,and applied for 6 successful continuing education projects.After returning to the hospital,the trainees made continuous improvements.Conclusion:In the continuing education project,the tutorial system can help the students to“learn and practice”from the class and“practice and learn”after the class,which has a good effect on the smooth development of the continuous improvement of clinical work.
