摘要
舞蹈美感有先天灵感,更依靠后天培养。舞蹈美感培养可以提高学生审美心理素养、可以激发学生学习兴趣,激活学生对于舞蹈的感官享受。培养舞蹈美感需打破传统教学思维,从厘清舞蹈美感概念与特征入手,着力于心理学、舞蹈学角度视角,综合考虑人体形体、曲线、表演动作形态、舞台音乐、背景,以及舞蹈人员的个人素养、身体的力量、软开能力、控制能力、平衡能力、协调配合能力以及身体快速做出反应的敏捷等诸多因素,进行教学设计和实践。
Dance aesthetic sense has innate inspiration,but depends on more nurturing.The cultivation of dance aesthetic sense can improve students’aesthetic psychological quality,stimulate their interest in learning,and activate the sensory enjoyment of dance.To cultivate dance aesthetic sense,we need to break the traditional teaching thinking.Starting from clarifying the concept and characteristics of dance aesthetic sense,teaching design and practice should focus on the perspective of psychology and dance science,taking into account the body shape,curve,performance form,stage music and background,as well as the dancers'personal qualities,physical strength,soft opening ability,control ability,balance ability,coordination ability and quick response agility and many other factors.
