新媒体发展背景下人民警察思想政治教育的策略

Promotion Strategy of Police's Ideological and Political Education in the Context of New Media

当下新媒体的快速发展,严重冲击民警的价值观,降低了人民警察的职业荣誉感和认同感,给人民警察思想政治教育增加了难度和心理压力,造成人民警察思想政治工作的被动局面。这显然不是作为工具的新媒体本身的问题,而是人民警察及其思想政治教育工作缺乏对新媒体的科学认知与有效应用。因此,人民警察应该加强新媒体意识,提高应对新媒体能力,融合新媒体资源,构建人民警察思想政治教育大格局,充分发挥新媒体在人民警察思想政治教育中的作用。

The rapid development of new media has seriously impacted the values of the police,reduced the professional honor sense and identity of the police,increased the difficulty and psychological pressure to the ideological and political education of the police,and caused a passive situation of the ideological and political work of the police.Obviously,this is not the problem of new media itself as a tool,but the lack of scientific cognition and effective application of new media by police and their ideological and political education.Therefore,the awareness of new media should be strengthened in the police,the ability to deal with new media should be improved,and new media resources should be integrated to construct the general pattern of police's ideological and political education,and give full play to the role of new media in such education.
