摘要
官督商办时期是汉冶萍公司发展进程中的转型时期。在这一时期,汉冶萍厂矿人事管理面临着困境和挑战,出现了掣肘、渎职、唯亲、压榨、浮冒等问题。其根源是传统陋制的渗透和中西融合的困境而导致的人事制度异化。
Since the government-supervised and merchant-managed period is a transitional period in the development process of Hanyeping company,it has faced difficulties and challenges in many areas of business management.And issues in personnel management are various,such as mutually-constraining,malpractice,cronyism,exploitation false-declaration,and impersonation.So,the author's idea is that these issues are caused by the dissimilation of the personnel system due to the traditional incoherence and the dilemma of the fusion of Chinese and Western cultures.Moreover,from the perspective of personnel management system,this thesis explores the dilemma faced by modern enterprise development and draws valuable experience and lessons,which have taken history as a mirror,and have important enlightenment on the development of modern enterprise.
