摘要 知识管理是一种依赖于科学技术的运用与文化环境的开发,并以此达到人类的知识共享与组织创新目的的新型管理模式。印度的软件公司Infosys是通过知识管理获得成功的典型代表。深入研究发现,公司员工、外部环境以及公司资本等诸多因素,构成了Infosys的独特知识型场域。Infosys建立了较成熟的知识基础设施,并得到CMM5的评级认证,这是知识管理场域形成的基础。公司获得的利润大多投向了科技领域,使得Infosys的知识管理能够循环进行。Infosys注重培训与引导,促使员工养成持续学习的惯习。 Knowledge Management is a new management mode which relies on the application of science,technology and the development of cultural environment,achieving the goal of knowledge sharing and organizational innovation.Infosys,the Indian Software Company,is a poster child for success through knowledge management.In-depth research has found that many factors,including the company's employees,the external environment,and the company's capital,make up the unique knowledge landscape of Infosys.Infosys has built a more mature Knowledge Infrastructure.Besides,it is certified by the CMM5,the foundation of the knowledge management landscape.Much of the company's profit has gone into technology,allowing knowledge management to circulate in Infosys.Infosys focuses on training and mentoring to foster continuous learning habits among employees.The successful experience of Infosys can be used for reference and study by Chinese IT companies.
