摘要 为了及时发现不同路段的事故黑点,减少交通事故的发生,提出了基于模糊层次分析的城市道路交通安全评价方法。首先对国内外研究现状进行了分析,发现目前研究仅局限于事故率与速度的拟合分析,没有对交通事故和速度的具体关系进行深入研究;其次,构建了基于速度标准差、平均速度和速度标准差系数的评价指标体系,研究了定量方法,采用模糊层次分析法评价道路交通安全状况;最后,以西安市绕城高速为例,评价了该路段的交通安全状况。 In order to find the black spots of accidents in different sections in time and reduce the number of traffic accidents,an urban road traffic safety evaluation method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed.Firstly,the current research status at home and abroad is analyzed.It is found that the current research is limited to the fitting analysis of accident rate and speed.There is no in-depth study on the specific relationship between traffic accident and speed.Secondly,the evaluation index system with speed standard deviation,average speed and speed standard deviation coefficient is constructed,and its quantitative method is studied.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the road traffic safety status.Finally,taking the South Third Ring Road of Xi′an as an example,the traffic safety status of the road was evaluated.
